Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their growing service team. The role involves managing customer relationships, creating accurate repair orders, and ensuring effective communication between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in the service drive and build rapport quickly
Listen to concerns, ask the right questions, and document concerns clearly
Write repair orders and recommend maintenance based on mileage, condition, and manufacturer guidelines
Provide transparent estimates, timelines, and repair updates
Maintain strong follow-up communication (phone/text/email)
Upsell ethically by educating customers on safety and preventative maintenance
Ensure high CSI/customer satisfaction performance through professionalism and consistency
Qualification
Required
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred
Service Advisor experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
Basic mechanical understanding is strongly preferred
