Responsibilities
Develop and optimize search areas within designated geographic regions
Collaborate with the performance team to analyze and address sector-specific issues
Work alongside System Performance counterparts to minimize Lost Calls and Ineffective Attempts
Prepare and submit cell site translations, CQ/CIQ, FCC/FAA/EME, and FAS documentation promptly
Conduct radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition
Identify specific needs for new cell locations based on baseline data, performance metrics, capacity, and population
Assess and address coverage issues and requirements for coverage cells
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering Expertise
5-7 years of System Performance Analysis
5-7 years of Technical Documentation Preparation
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Preferred
MS in Electrical Engineering
Familiarity with new cell site location identification processes
Experience with FCC/FAA/EME and FAS submissions
Proficiency in evaluating coverage problems and implementing solutions
