Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming service calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Assure that established service and quality standards are met daily
Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of related experience preferably customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Previous experience in the firearms industry, preferably in a retail gun shop or similar environment
Extensive firearms knowledge required
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, follow through and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession
