Responsibilities

Lead the integration of marketing data across the Data Cloud (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring a "Single Source of Truth" that connects Web, CRM, and MAP data. Advise on and oversee all marketing data initiatives
Move beyond dashboards to provide "The So What." You will deliver prescriptive insights that recommend specific actions based on performance trends. Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance metrics that provide a "single source of truth" for the marketing organization and leadership
Lead the development of Multi-Touch Attribution and Media Mix Modeling to prove the incremental value of marketing spend, moving the organization away from simplistic "last-click" models
Build and deploy models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value (CLV) to help the team focus on the highest-value opportunities. Execute standard marketing measurement responsibilities, including attribution modeling, funnel velocity analysis, and ROI reporting to identify key insights that will inform and guide our marketing optimization strategies
Manage and guide one dedicated Data Analyst, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of daily reporting outputs
Oversee relationships with external data vendors and agencies, ensuring they deliver on SLAs and provide high-quality data inputs

Qualification

SQLPython/RData Cloud ArchitecturePredictive ModelingMarketing AnalyticsStorytelling

Required

6-8 years in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
Expert proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Looker
Experience implementing or managing Data Cloud environments (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud)
Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business narratives for leadership
