Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities utilizing SAP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to ensure timely acquisition of materials
Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels across warehouses and production sites
Collaborate with suppliers to manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and facilitate effective supplier management practices
Coordinate with manufacturing and production planning teams to align materials availability with production schedules
Conduct demand planning and supply chain analysis to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste through lean manufacturing principles
Support logistics and warehouse operations by streamlining processes related to inventory movement, storage, and distribution
Analyze MRP data to identify potential shortages or excesses, implementing corrective actions as needed
Assist in developing strategies for procurement, purchasing, and materials management that improve efficiency and reduce costs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, inventory management, and production planning
Familiarity with MRP systems, demand planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and lean manufacturing principles
Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and purchasing activities
Ability to analyze complex data sets related to inventory control and supply chain performance
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
