Recruitify USA is seeking a true Senior Project Manager for a large ground-up multifamily project. The role involves full project ownership from preconstruction through closeout, managing all aspects including budget, schedule, and team leadership.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Full project ownership from preconstruction to closeout
Buyout, subcontractor selection, and contract execution
Schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control
Procore: RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps (daily use)
OAC meetings and direct communication with ownership and design teams
Leadership of the full project team
Accountability for quality, schedule, and delivery

Required

Senior Project Manager experience on ground-up multifamily
Construction experience (mid-rise / podium / high-rise)
Experience running projects $75M+
Daily, hands-on Procore experience (required)
Florida construction experience
Experience leading precon, buyout, contracts, and execution
Experience managing PMs, APMs, Supers, and full project teams
