JSR Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to accelerate delivery of GenAI and related emerging technologies for their Pharma Client US Product Management/Innovation team. The role involves guiding cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of GenAI/XR initiatives while aligning with innovation strategy and business priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams (R&D, clinical, operations, etc.) through the full lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, proof-of-concept, piloting, and enterprise scaling of GenAI/XR initiatives

Develop and manage program roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and dependencies; run workshops, sprints, and enablement sessions

Ensure use cases align with Client priorities (e.g., faster drug development, operational efficiency) and incorporate governance inputs

Track progress, risks, and outcomes; report on acceleration metrics (e.g., time-to-deployment, value delivered)

Leverage hands-on GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) and XR platforms (e.g., immersive prototyping in GARAGE hub) to prototype and demonstrate solutions

Collaborate closely with Governance and Communications specialists for integrated support

Required

5+ years in program/project management for digital innovation, AI delivery, or transformation initiatives (pharma experience strongly preferred)

Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and agile/hybrid PM skills

Preferred

Direct experience with Copilot, Perplexity, Claude, Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses, Google Glass, or similar XR tools

Background in pharma R&D/clinical acceleration or innovation hubs
