Greet patients, and provide a welcoming environment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and reports
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
Support patient flow and efficiently coordinate patient appointments and procedures
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and continuously strive to exceed patient expectations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Availability to work Part Time, Monday - Wednesday, 7:30a -4:30p
Preferred
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field preferred
