Responsibilities
Assist with PSA Quarterly True-Up documentation and data analysis
Develop and refine physician compensation models based on productivity, quality metrics, and value-based incentives
Track and calculate provider bonus programs and incentive payments
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
Manage and enhance the value-based care incentive distribution model
Ensure compensation plans align with industry benchmarks and compliance standards
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights
Assist in annual PSA budgeting and long-term financial planning
Collaborate with HR, finance, and clinical leadership to improve transparency in compensation structures
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings
Qualification
Required
2+ years of financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, multitask, and pay close attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, DataRails, and Power BI
