Responsibilities
Manage daily ACH activity, including exceptions, originations, returns, and death notifications
Balance debit card transactions and ATM cash
Process ATM adjustments, handle reward point transfers, and resolve debit card transaction exceptions
Research and process debit card disputes in compliance with Regulation E
Monitor debit card portfolio for emerging fraud trends and assist with data breach investigations
Support and train internal teams on electronic services and serve as backup for other electronic payment processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in payment services, banking, or financial operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with regulations, procedures, and risk awareness
Preferred
Familiarity with ACH, debit cards, or ATM systems is a plus
