Territory Sales Manager
Premier Performance LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory. This role involves leading and developing sales representatives while executing account strategies and ensuring disciplined sales execution.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate Wholesale Phone Sales Representatives to consistently achieve activity, revenue, and margin targets
Establish clear performance expectations, monitor daily activity metrics (e.g., outbound calls, pipeline activity), and hold team members accountable
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching sessions focused on selling effectiveness and account growth
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales representatives, including product knowledge and sales skills
Foster a competitive, results-driven sales culture with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Own overall territory performance, including revenue growth, customer retention, and new business acquisition
Develop and execute territory and account plans in alignment with regional and company objectives
Partner with Regional Managers to ensure coordinated customer coverage and strategic alignment
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives
Support representatives in securing new business, closing opportunities, and renewing existing orders
Engage directly with key accounts and high-value opportunities as needed
Ensure customers receive accurate guidance on product availability, pricing, lead times, and shipping
Leverage sales data, CRM insights, and customer buying patterns to prioritize efforts and uncover growth opportunities
Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy for the territory
Ensure consistent and accurate CRM usage across the team, including documentation of customer interactions, quotes, and orders
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, pricing, and customer service teams to resolve issues and remove obstacles to sales
Track performance metrics and prepare reports related to territory results, pipeline, and activity
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Maintain strong knowledge of diesel, automotive, and off-road markets and trends
Guide the team on positioning product value and vendor offerings to maximize customer impact
Participate in and lead sales and product training initiatives
Take full ownership of territory results, team performance, and execution of growth initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of sales growth objectives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
4+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, diesel, off-road, or wholesale distribution
Strong understanding of inside sales environments, call activity management, and CRM-driven selling
Proven ability to analyze customer needs, develop account strategies, and drive incremental revenue
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent problem-solving, needs analysis, and math skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance urgency, service, and profitability
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Science, Mechanical Technology, or related field
Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or mechanical background
