FinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy. As the Director of Channel Partnerships for Oracle/Cerner, you will manage and expand strategic partnerships while driving revenue growth and identifying new collaboration opportunities within the Oracle/Cerner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and execute strategies to exceed revenue growth targets for the Oracle/Cerner channel
Manage and expand existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities within the Oracle/Cerner ecosystem
Own the sales partnership relationship, including pipeline management and forecasting process
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Operations to optimize partner offerings and go-to-market strategies
Maintain a deep working knowledge of FinThrive’s healthcare solutions and how they align with Oracle/Cerner’s offerings
Represent FinThrive at Oracle/Cerner-related industry events and conferences
Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to the EHR Channel Leader and executive team

Required

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, partnership management, or related fields
Deep knowledge of Oracle's platform, operations, and culture
Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships
Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working cross-functionally with product and implementation teams
Self-motivated and independent worker
Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred

Prior experience working for or selling into Oracle or Cerner
Proven success in hitting and exceeding quota goals
Experience in selling healthcare technology products
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
Strong presentation skills
