Responsibilities
Lead special projects
Translate high-level concepts into structured programs, proposals, and decision-ready recommendations
Own the operating cadence for the business: weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, retros, OKR alignment, and cross-functional syncs
Build lightweight processes that increase velocity and accountability; dismantle or streamline processes that no longer scale
Track progress on key PLG/growth metrics and ensure insights reach the right owners
Draft executive-ready content for senior leadership
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to both bring Growth Marketing’s learnings across the org and to leverage insights from other teams in our tactics
Synthesize data, insights, and product signals into clear narratives that support decision-making
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar
Strong bias for action and ability to create clarity from ambiguity
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An owner mentality - you take complete ownership of your tasks and champion efforts to get them to completion
Ability to context-switch between strategic thinking and operational detail
High EQ, executive presence, and storytelling fluency
Preferred
Experience in PLG, SaaS, or developer/technical audiences is a plus
