Responsibilities

Assist and support assigned teams or departments with various tasks and projects, including those closely related to their area of study
Participate in daily operations and learn about the company's workflows and procedures
Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing documents, and managing databases
Attend meetings, workshops, and other relevant events to gain insights and observe professional interactions
Collaborate with team members, contribute ideas, and actively participate in discussions
Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes and according to project plans and schedules
Maintain professionalism, uphold company policies, and adhere to ethical standards
Take initiative to learn, ask questions, and seek feedback to enhance skills and performance

Required

Available to work part-time allowing for school schedule
Pursing a degree in Information Technology, MIS or Business Administration
Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively to ensure internal timelines are met
Basic desktop troubleshooting knowledge
Analytical with strong project management and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with others
Ability to lift and relocate end-user computing devices up to 40 lbs
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Must be 18 years of age or older with High School or GED equivalent
