Mentor data engineers and guide modernization initiatives
Collaborate with product, analytics, and business teams
Qualification
Required
SAP HANA expertise
Strong relational/dimensional modeling skills
Experience with ETL tools
Knowledge of SAP ECC, SCM/APO data structures
Familiarity with Power BI/Qlik/BOBJ
Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Delta Lake experience
GitHub + Jira proficiency
5+ years in data engineering/architecture, 2+ in leadership
