Production Specialist WATERTOWN, WI- (TEMPORARY)

Responsibilities
Configure, test, and troubleshoot advanced cash-handling equipment to meet high-quality standards
Perform precision fitting and alignment to ensure smooth operation of moving parts
Tear down, rebuild, and assemble new and refurbished units with accuracy and care
Use precision measuring tools and electrical testing devices to guarantee top performance
Maintain inventory accuracy and support special projects that drive innovation
Collaborate with the Quality team to identify training needs and resolve technical issues
Recommend improvements to enhance service, reliability, and efficiency
Monitor machine performance and record data for continuous improvement
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance activities
Work from detailed assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
Lift, transport, and assemble components as needed
Take on additional responsibilities that make a difference every day
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
0–6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and training
Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid PC, networking, and application skills
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and technical software (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Commitment to completing training on three qualifying products within the first year
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field
