Responsibilities
Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility and equipment operate smoothly
Help with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues under the guidance of experienced staff
Participate in cleaning and maintaining the grounds, including landscaping and snow removal when necessary
Support the execution of preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
Assist in the installation and assembly of new equipment or furniture as directed
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks completed, including materials and time spent on each task
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent education
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general handyman skills
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous experience in maintenance work or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
