Responsibilities
Administer Windows 10/11, VMware vSphere, servers, storage, and user accounts
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, VTC, VoIP, and networked systems
Operate and maintain TDL/C2 systems (MSCS, ADSI, monitoring tools)
Provide Data Link Operator (DLO) and COMSEC support
Manage configuration, upgrades, patching, antivirus, and backups
Operate TACLANE (KG‑175D/F/G) devices
Document work in Remedy/Serena/ServiceNOW
Support exercises and occasional shift work
Qualification
Required
Current TS/SCI
Security+ CE or higher
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IT experience. Additional experience and advanced certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree
Expertise in TDL/JDN
COMSEC and VMware experience
Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Preferred
DoDD 8140 IAM II / IAT III; CASP
C4ISR or military systems experience
MCSE, CCNA, A+, Network+
AOC or AF DCGS familiarity
VMware VCP‑DCV; JICO certification
