The Marketing Services Programs Specialist I will support marketing activities, serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal associates, and assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the development and engagement of marketing, communications, and business intelligence materials
Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal associates to develop, formulate and implement programs for customers and sales associates
Identify the various aspects of programs that impact MWI Animal Health’s systems that include but are not limited to qualifying parameters, product lists, customer sets, time frames, program structure and conflicting contractual programs
Implement programs within MWI Animal Health’s systems including but not limited to the website and Marketing Activity Database
Serve as a liaison to the Sales Enablement Analyst by proactively identifying reporting and/or analysis needs
Collaborate in the production, editing and communication of campaign deliverables
Overall understanding and implementation of MWI Animal Health policies and procedures
Actively performs testing on new tools and system platforms
Coordinate with the broader marketing team to design advertisements or other sales marketing materials as needed
Ability to identify process and/or system gaps and propose solutions
Provides additional support as needed to the Marketing Services Program Supervisor
Performs related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Requires broad training in fields such as animal science, communications, marketing, and business administration similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent experience
Normally requires two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience

Adaptability: willingness to learn and respond to changes in the working environments, particularly as it relates to systems and procedures
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Strong computer skills required
Preferred
Experience working in a veterinary clinic environment or working as a veterinary technician is a plus
