Responsibilities
This position requires Japanese language skills
This role leads risk-based operational audits and advisory projects across the North America region
You will work hands-on with business units, stores, and supply chain teams to identify core issues, strengthen internal controls, and improve efficiency, profitability, and standardized operations
Projects are typically multi-month, on-site, and results are presented directly to senior leadership, including the Group CEO
Qualification
Required
This position requires Japanese language skills
2–5 years of experience in business planning, corporate planning, accounting, auditing, or consulting
Strong understanding of US auditing standards, internal controls, and financial/operational risk
Ability to assess the business holistically and drive practical improvements
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior management
Preferred
Internal audit experience a plus
