Qualification
Required
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in customer service and effective communication skills
Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems
Technical support skills for identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
Experience conducting customer training sessions
Ability to provide hands-on assistance and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
