Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy and drives activation of brand, relationship, demand and sales enablement programs in their assigned major market
Drive growth across portfolio accounts by aligning marketing, sales and client engagement efforts-identifying key relationships, opportunities and gaps within the market for growth; liaise with local leadership to identify market insights and needs, aligns marketing campaign supply to demand
Support relationship-building with C-suite clients; analyzes client engagement and market dynamics to inform strategy; identifies and leads opportunities to build the KPMG brand locally, including developing relationships at discretion of OMP
Deliver data-driven business, market and client insights to the portfolio; shape and influence the development of industry and functional marketing campaigns and content aligned to client/market demand and business priorities
Coordinate local market brand advertising/media support; lead activation of firmwide assets and local sponsorships and oversee strategy and management of client experiences, share forums, meetings and events (virtual and in-person); drive Digital/Social initiatives for Major Market Managing Partners/Leaders; collaborate with Corporate Communications to develop, drive, and measure social/digital marketing strategies and initiatives
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum ten years of recent experience marketing, business development and/or client relationship management experience in the client service or professional services industry; strong understanding of client-delivery environment, direct client service skills are preferred
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field is required
Experience driving complex business development including pipeline management; experience working with client and prospect management tools and software (such as CRM tools)
Background in managing, developing and coaching market resources in the market and promoting their growth in a high performing environment
Background in managing and activating relevant local and national marketing campaigns, events and sponsorships; experience executing annual marketing and strategic plan for a major market
Ability to lead and utilize existing tools and reports to analyze and share market results, pipeline growth, whitespace, buyer group penetration, marketing performance and other key financial growth indicator; knowledge and use of AI and other marketing technology to drive smart decision making, more effective and efficient marketing value delivery
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
