Analyze monthly operating statements and track financial performance
Assist in the preparation and review of annual operating budgets
Maintain asset management databases and complex financial models
Ensure portfolio compliance with LIHTC and regulatory requirements
Participate in site visits and property inspections as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate
1–3 years of experience in real estate, asset management, or property management
Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret property-level financial statements
Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credits) is a significant advantage
