Project Coordinator
Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization serving 46 counties across North Carolina. The Project Coordinator will oversee project tasks and planning, ensuring timely completion of project components and facilitating innovative development within the organization.

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain project structure, project timelines, milestones, stakeholder communications management, and other day-to-day project activities
Ensure all assigned project components are completed in a timely manner
Provide project status updates/reports using dashboards and/or Smartsheet on project progress at regular intervals during the project
Address provider issues with compliance with terms of contracts
Plan events to publicize new projects/programs
Coordinate stakeholder expectations and communication with essential community stakeholders and Trillium staff to foster involvement with project implementation and execution
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in human or social services, healthcare, or business field; OR
Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in human or social services, healthcare, or business field; OR
Bachelor's degree and minimum two (2) years of experience in human or social services, healthcare, or business field; OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must reside within North Carolina
Must be able to travel within catchment as required
Preferred
Project management and/or program development experience
Experience with the Behavioral Health/Mental Health/Substance Use/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities/Traumatic Brain Injury population
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
