Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional activities
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation for events
Maintain and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials as needed
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and confirm services for events
Qualification
Required
At least 1-2 years of experience in events coordination or sales support is highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as event management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
