Business Development & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and markets
Execute sales strategies from lead generation through closing
Support brand, product, and service promotion through targeted marketing efforts
Manage the sales process end-to-end and maintain client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing goals
Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Experience or strong interest in sales and business development
Exposure to project research, applications, or marketing initiatives
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience in logistics sales
Bilingual in Korean and English
