Responsibilities
Designs, tests, debugs, documents, and implements Java / Spring Boot scalable backend services
Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and document them using OpenAPI Specification (OAS/Swagger)
Work (CRUD operations) with relational and/or NoSQL databases as per requirement
Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support
Resolves problems which occur in production systems
Participates in formal and informal training programs
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of related experience or qualified candidates who successfully complete Huntington's Technical Youth training or a part of the apprenticeship training program, in lieu of related experience
Preferred
Excellent communication skills with all levels of IT and line of business organization and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Good organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
Experience in financial services (banking) industry
