Responsibilities
Track and route incoming damaged or rejected products based on engineering evaluations
Perform accurate SAP transactions to ensure materials are placed in the correct inventory locations
Support shipping and receiving by verifying counts, labels, and documentation
Maintain electronic records by compiling data from purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions
Lead monthly inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
Conduct timely reviews of fallout trends and attrition data in Smartsheet and Power BI to support monthly reporting
Present monthly inventory data and highlight key trends to inform cross-functional decisions
Analyze historical scrap data in SAP to identify quality or process issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce nonconforming product, scrap rates, and inventory errors
Assist with cycle counts of inventory when necessary
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and applicable state requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasks independently
Effective team player with strong communication skills
Comfortable working on or near a production floor
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement
Preferred
Associates degree in a related field preferred but not required
1+ year(s) related distribution or inventory control experience and/or training helpful
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and willingness to learn tools like Power BI and Smartsheet
