Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and ERP
Perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and improve data processes
Build and maintain financial datasets, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency and consistency
Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc financial modeling
Support budgeting, forecasting, and month/quarter-end analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, IT, Supply Chain)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in a $500M+ organization
Adaptive Planning experience
SQL or data querying experience
