Preparing legal documents and correspondence including pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
E-filing in NY, CT, and federal courts
Managing calendars
Entering attorney time
Corresponding with clients
Tracking deadlines and court appearance dates
Providing general litigation support

Qualification

Litigation experienceE-filing experienceMS Office knowledgeCommunication skillsWork fast-paced

Required

5+ years of recent litigation legal assistant experience
E-filing experience - CT, NY, and federal courts
Strong MS Office knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
