Responsibilities
Take on portfolio management responsibilities for CLO platform, including oversight of CLO collateral pools and related leveraged credit allocations
Manage and optimize CLO portfolios through disciplined credit selection, portfolio construction, and ongoing risk management
Work within the broader Leveraged Credit team to help drive the continued growth and evolution of the CLO platform, serving as a thought partner to the team and as an externally facing representative with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong credit and quantitative portfolio management skills
Deep experience in CLO collateral management
At least 10 years of demonstrated success in an investment role
Proven track record managing CLOs and investing across leveraged credit markets in support of CLO portfolios
Ability to make CLO portfolio and collateral decisions supported by rigorous credit and structural analysis, communicated with clarity and conviction
Established track record managing CLO collateral pools, including portfolio construction, trading, compliance, and optimization across market cycles
Ability to dynamically assess and manage volatile or distressed credits within a CLO framework
Proven interpersonal skills and experience in a collaborative, team-based, results-oriented environment
Humility and a strong desire to learn from and with other investors
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate CLO strategy, performance, and positioning to clients, investors, and colleagues
Strong quantitative skills and willingness to embrace technology and analytics in CLO portfolio management
Ability and willingness to travel
Commercial and growth mindset, experience supporting the development and expansion of CLO platforms
Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
