Digital Site Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

Own operational excellence for executing offers and promotions, including strategic setup, testing and pre- and post-launch QA
Execute site merchandising operations that support key strategic initiatives, product and category launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and trend moments
Partners with Digital Merchandising team to optimize product categories including category refreshes, sort rules and onsite merchandising placements
Drives special project management workflows; i.e. clearance process, campaign launch tracking, speed to market initiatives
Monitor onsite behavior to identify operational issues or content gaps; conduct routine QA to ensure product pages, categories, navigation and campaign pages are accurate and functioning correctly
Understands the content management system and its merchandising ability and potential; able to uncover new onsite merchandising opportunities using system functionality
Support the execution of the broader eCommerce merchandising strategy
Utilize third party tools to optimize the website experience
Maintain documentation for workflows and site update procedures
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce operational defects
Consistently arrives promptly for scheduled work hours
Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
Performs other requested tasks and duties

Required

College degree required
1-3+ years experience in ecommerce operations, digital/site merchandising, digital production or similar digital role
Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HTML knowledge a plus
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data to identify issues and opportunities
Demonstrated experience in implementing ecommerce strategies and tactics for a multi-channel retailer
Working knowledge of online analytics platforms; Adobe analytics preferred
Commitment to working scheduled hours with flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs
Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
Flexible, positive attitude with a passion for learning
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at simultaneously
Focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of the customer and the company, while objectively processing information
