Responsibilities
Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives in corporate finance
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with finance teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand business requirements
Opportunity Identification: Analyze existing financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Solution Design: Lead the design and development of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements
Project Management: Oversee product development lifecycle from concept to execution, coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
User Experience Focus: Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that solutions are intuitive and meet the needs of end-users
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess the performance and impact of digital transformation initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements
Change Management: Support change management efforts by developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and facilitating user adoption of new technologies
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to leverage innovative solutions in the finance domain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in product management, IT management, or digital transformation roles, preferably within the finance sector
Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP solutions, data analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate finance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
