Responsibilities

Analyze High-Dimensional Perturbation Data: Interrogate large-scale genetic screens (e.g., Perturb-seq) to map the landscape of gene function and regulatory networks
Apply Statistical Frameworks: Utilize rigorous quantitative approaches to identify robust gene expression programs and relate these transcriptomic patterns to broader spatial or genomic contexts
Drive Data-Informed Validation: Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to translate computational findings into actionable experimental targets, helping to prioritize specific hits for follow-up and functional characterization
