Responsibilities
Prospect and source new partnerships and distribution opportunities across multiple channels
Own deal conversations from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution
Negotiate commercial terms, partnering with legal and finance as needed
Coordinate handoff to internal teams once agreements are signed
Lead renewals and expansions with existing partners to drive incremental revenue
Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and provide visibility into deal status and timing
Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
Stay close to market and partner trends to identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or similar commercial roles within consumer, retail, or e-commerce
Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing revenue-generating deals across different partnership models
Comfortable owning conversations with external partners and reviewing and understanding legal contracts to negotiate favorable business terms
Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and merch teams
Strong judgment, organization, and follow-through
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Able to operate independently while staying aligned with broader company goals
