Responsibilities

Lead implementations of new healthcare strategy and processes within Ascension, by identifying critical next steps, tracking project tasks and goals, and following up with stakeholders
Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables including weekly updates, status reports, and presentations
Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources in various areas of healthcare
Exemplify a high level of customer service and proactive hospitality to our internal associates and project stakeholders, by providing consistent project management support
Manage a direct report associate from within the Strategic Integration consultant community
Design and implement solutions aimed to enhance the consultant community

Qualification

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Preferred

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
