They are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Marine and Specialty Account Division to support sales and administrative duties, ensuring efficient order processes and high-quality service between various departments.

Responsibilities
Processes and verifies customer orders with accuracy
Works with MSAD administrative staff and warehouse staff for efficient coordination of workload and order pulling processes
Coordinates with transportation department for correct timing and location of deliveries
Provides high quality service between customers, sales force, operations, and transportation departments
Assists customer service department when necessary
Complies with federal and state safety regulations, and with company safety policies and procedures
Reports nay concerns about housekeeping safety or damaged equipment to immediate supervisory or safety coordinator
Completes all administrative, clerical, and other tasks as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid driver's license and driving record in accordance with company established guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data entry experience
