Responsibilities
Conduct experiments and functional testing
System configuration (board, processor, coolers, etc.)
Application and tool installation
Coordinate efforts with engineers
Organize, analyse, interpret, and present data
Program specific engineering work - aid engineering team in various tasks as needed
Assemble and setup test systems
Silicon and component inserting/seating
BIOS flashing and configuration
OS installation/configuration
System debug
Qualification
Required
Have an in-depth knowledge of computer architecture
Understanding of Overclocking methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pays attention to detail and able to multi-task
Able to perform editing and working with scripts as related to testing and debugging
Ensure timely completion of all tasks with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
In-depth understanding of computer component overclocking
Experience with overclocking computer systems
4–7 years of experience in Platform enabling/debug
4–7 years of experience in a hardware or semiconductor lab environment
