Responsibilities

Perform mail runs and package deliveries
Support event set-up (moving tables, chairs, and whiteboards)
Deliver copy paper to printers as needed
Shift between locations when required
Log and receive packages using a company-provided phone/app
Demonstrate strong people skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability to change
Lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods

Required

High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field
May require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance per Ricoh policy
Excellent customer service skills
Good PC skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Mathematical and filing skills
Ability to use office machines and technical equipment

Preferred

Some related copy job experience preferred
