Compensation and Benefits Manager
Plymouth Inc. is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and evolve their total rewards strategy across a multi-state workforce. This role involves designing and managing compensation programs, conducting pay equity analyses, and partnering with HR and leadership on compensation decisions.

Responsibilities
Design and manage company-wide compensation philosophy, salary structures, and pay ranges
Lead market benchmarking, annual merit cycles, and bonus programs
Conduct pay equity analyses and ensure pay transparency compliance
Own benefits strategy, renewals, and plan design in partnership with our broker
Serve as functional owner for compensation and benefits in Workday
Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on compensation decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of compensation and benefits experience
Strong analytical and compliance knowledge
Experience building or redesigning compensation programs
Preferred
Workday experience strongly preferred
Benefits
Competitive base pay established using market data and internal equity principles
Annual wage increases reviewed each January, subject to business conditions
Annual bonus program with eligibility and payout determined based on company and individual performance; bonuses are not guaranteed
Vacation: Accrual begins at two (2) weeks annually, with carryover up to a maximum of 240 hours, in accordance with company policy
Floating holidays: Five (5) paid floating holidays per year; unused hours may carry over up to 80 hours
Paid sick leave: Accrued at one (1) hour for every forty (40) hours worked, with carryover up to 80 hours, in compliance with Washington Paid Sick Leave requirements
Alternate transportation incentive: Eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month for qualifying carpool or public transit expenses, subject to program guidelines
Employee food purchase program: Discounted product purchases available to employees
Employee appreciation giveaways: Periodic giveaways during select holidays
On-site fitness amenities (weights, spin bikes, treadmill, elliptical) available for voluntary employee use
