FASTSIGNS® Kent is seeking a high-energy, people-loving Sign Sales + Project Manager to join their team. This role involves inside sales, customer relationships, and project management, guiding customers from idea to installation with a focus on delivering comprehensive signage solutions.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers—bringing great energy and a helpful, can-do attitude
Act as an inside sales partner by uncovering customer needs, recommending signage solutions, and helping close projects
Prepare estimates, create work orders, and manage multiple projects from start to finish
Use HubSpot CRM to track customer conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities (we’ll train you!)
Coordinate closely with production and install teams to ensure projects are accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time
Build long-term relationships with local businesses, contractors, and organizations through proactive, friendly communication

Required

Big positive energy, strong people skills, and a team-first mindset
Comfortable asking questions, recommending solutions, and helping customers move forward with projects
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without getting overwhelmed
Tech-comfortable and open to learning new systems (CRM, estimating tools, etc.)
Reliable, adaptable, and excited about growing in a long-term role

Preferred

2–3 years of customer service, inside sales, counter sales, or sign/print industry experience
