Responsibilities
Feature Development : Build and ship new features for the web application with a strong focus on UX and interface design
Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
Collaboration : Work closely with other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Performance : Optimize frontend performance to ensure speed and responsiveness
Learning & Growth : Continuously improve your skills while helping raise the engineering bar across the team
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of industry software development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, styled-components, etc.)
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks
Familiarity with real-time features (WebSockets, server-sent events)
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
Experience with performance optimization and profiling tools
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Production experience with TypeScript
Open-source contributions
Interest in UI/UX design principles
Experience building collaborative or interactive visual tools
