Responsibilities
Define the joint architectural strategy to enable product and business objectives
Demonstrate broad strategic influence by working across Consumer CEO, Shopping VP, and Advertising SVP/VP organizations
Establish program mechanisms to drive alignment of the program and high-level goal (e.g. S-team) delivery across several VP orgs and contributing teams
Hold leaders across product and engineering accountable for their deliverables at the quality and timelines expected by our customers
Look around corners to identify risks, tradeoffs and propose mitigations. Drive these decisions and the decision-making process to be fast, simple and lowest friction
Communicate about program direction status simply, precisely and actionably to senior leaders, internal customers, and engineers delivering on the program
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
