Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of network systems and provide ongoing support for enterprise network infrastructure
Track, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware and software
Perform network configuration, optimization, installation, upgrades, and testing
Analyze service requests and provide customer assistance and technical solutions
Perform network research and development to support system improvements
Design, maintain, and support network infrastructure including:
Cisco and Arista routers and Layer 3 internal and external routing protocols
Cisco and Arista switches and Layer 2 services such as VLANs, trunks, port-channels, and spanning tree protocols
Palo Alto firewalls including security policies, VPN, and network address translation
F5 application load balancing and Web Application Firewall services
IP address management (IPAM) services including DNS and DHCP
Layer 1 services including single-mode fiber, multimode fiber, fiber trays, and power distribution units

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Four years of relevant experience supporting in each of the following areas: network operations, campus network environments, data center networks, AND cloud network environments
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent (such as network certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, or F5)
Valid California Class C Driver's License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment
