Director, Global HR Business Partner Leader, Corporate Functions
Vialto Partners is a market leader in Global Mobility Services, seeking a Director, Global HR Business Partner Leader for their Corporate Functions. This senior role will serve as the primary HR advisor to global leaders, driving the People & Culture strategy and partnering with senior leaders to evolve Corporate Functions into high-impact organizations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR advisor to global leaders across Corporate Functions
Translate enterprise and functional strategies into integrated people plans covering structure, leadership, succession, skills, capacity, and cost
Provide senior-level business and HR advisory support in complex, ambiguous situations requiring strong judgment and trade-off decisions
Operate as an enterprise leader with strong presence, judgment, and credibility
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across regions and functions
Tie organizational and talent strategies directly to business outcomes such as productivity, leadership effectiveness, scalability, and risk mitigation
Anticipate and address talent and organizational risks before they impact performance
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting clear standards for strategic partnership, quality of judgment, and enterprise impact
Elevate HRBP capability through coaching, mentoring, and real-time problem solving on complex organizational, talent, and employee relations matters
Establish consistent, globally aligned HRBP ways of working, tools, and decision frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery
Lead the most complex, global organizational design and operating model initiatives across Corporate Functions
Advise leaders on role clarity, decision rights, span of control, layering, and capability alignment across geographies
Apply deep organizational effectiveness expertise to ensure designs are scalable, executable, and aligned to future skills and productivity goals
Own the people and organizational dimensions of large-scale, global Corporate Function transformation initiatives
Design and lead change strategies that drive adoption across regions, cultures, and leadership teams
Coach senior leaders to lead change directly, reinforcing accountability and consistency
Lead global talent assessments for critical roles, including leadership capability, readiness, and future-skills alignment
Partner with Talent and Learning teams to shape targeted upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development strategies
Drive disciplined succession planning and internal mobility across Corporate Functions globally
Provide senior-level guidance on complex employee relations matters across regions, partnering with Legal and the Employee Relations team
Ensure consistent application of leadership standards, policies, and practices while navigating local legal and cultural nuance
Coach leaders through high-risk performance, conduct, and organizational decisions
Serve as the HRBP lead for Corporate Function-related M&A activity globally, including: Organizational and leadership due diligence, Talent risk and retention strategies, Post-close integration and stabilization
Act as a senior leader within the People & Culture organization, contributing directly to enterprise HR strategy, priorities, and sequencing
Serve as a thought partner to the Chief People and Culture Officer on evolving the HR operating model, HRBP role, and transformation roadmap
Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to ensure global solutions are integrated, scalable, and business ready
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner
Deep, hands-on expertise in organizational design and organizational effectiveness, including operating model and workforce transformation
Proven experience providing senior-level business and HR advisory support to executive and senior leaders
Strong background in employee relations, including complex and high-risk situations
Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
Advanced facilitation skills; experience leading executive-level working sessions, design workshops, and leadership forums
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to link people decisions to enterprise outcomes
Comfort operating with ambiguity, pace, and accountability
Bachelor's degree required

Experience in private-equity-backed, highly performance-oriented, or rapidly transforming organizations strongly preferred
Relevant certifications a plus
