Aspire Bakeries is a leading bakery company creating a variety of baked goods enjoyed by millions. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience in the recruiting lifecycle, conducting market research, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team with various projects.

Food Production

Responsibilities

Support the Talent Acquisition team with competitor and talent market research, including role mapping and organizational structure analysis
Gain hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing strategy to interview coordination and offer decisions
Build and maintain a SharePoint-based Talent Acquisition knowledge hub, including recruiting resources, templates, and market insights
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring challenges, and workforce trends
Prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentations that translate research into actionable recruiting insights
Participate in recruiting meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional HR discussions

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Centered Design, UX Design, Information Science, Psychology, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong research, organization, and communication skills
Comfort working with data, documentation, and presentations
GPA of 3.0 or higher

Preferred

Experience with wireframing or process mapping
Familiarity with SharePoint for content organization
Excel or Google Sheets for structured analysis
Experience using survey tools such as Microsoft Forms
