Responsibilities

Become a product expert for all elements of the global Fluid Management portfolio
Support product lifecycle management activities for the Fluid Management portfolio, including but not limited to key projects or programs, change development processes, and data management
Research and understand market trends. Determine product/service lifecycle implications and make recommendations to maintain market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success
Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of marketing and product management disciplines necessary for building business, product, and marketing plans
Work collaboratively among cross-functional teams including R&D, sourcing, enterprise marketing, enterprise contracting, strategic pricing, customer service, finance, quality, regulatory, legal, inventory, and regional marketing teams
Develop effective communication methods across all stakeholder teams
Support and launch commercial tactics such as collateral development and sales/customer communications
Support and lead portfolio management projects such as labeling, discontinuations, and product data management
Exhibit strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years' experience in related field
Tenacity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work quickly
Highly organized and able to multitask without impacting quality of work output
Strong prioritization skills with agility to reprioritize based on business needs and commitments
Ability to problem solve and think creatively
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail required
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to participate in up to 1 evening call each week

Preferred

Experience with SAP, AGILE, and Workfront
Proficiency with Windows apps including Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Zoom, Adobe, and Salesforce
