Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of bathroom products
Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize losses or damages
Maintain proper storage of all items ordered
Coordinate deliveries to installation sites and customers
Ensure warehouse health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
Assist with schedule, and supervise bathroom installation projects
Manage and support installation teams
Ensure installations meet company quality standards, technical specifications
Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and resolve installation issues
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide technical guidance on bathroom layouts, plumbing connections, drainage, and product compatibility
Troubleshoot installation problems and provide effective solutions
Review drawings, measurements, and installation plans
Ensure correct use of tools, materials, and installation methods
Train, supervise, and evaluate installation staff
Allocate tasks and manage workloads efficiently
Enforce company procedures, safety rules, and best practices
Address performance issues and support skill development
Liaise with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Manage installation reports, delivery notes, and job completion records
Handle customer complaints related to delivery or installation and ensure prompt resolution
Assist management with planning, reporting, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in warehouse management and bathroom installation
Strong technical knowledge of bathroom installation, plumbing, and fittings
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Health & safety awareness
Computer literacy (inventory systems, basic reporting)
MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL WET AND DRY SPACE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
Preferred
Min 2 years' experience bathroom Installation, plumbing, or construction
Relevant trade certifications or technical qualifications
Project management experience
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
