Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals
Systematically analyze the hotel's training needs and deliver relevant learning
Plan and coordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans
Act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department-related training issues
Source and recommend appropriate external training organizations or resources
Maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements
Develop creative and innovative training programs
Qualification
Required
two to five years of previous employment in a related position
good communication and interpersonal skills
evidence of professionalism and adaptability
systematically analyze the hotel's training needs
deliver relevant learning
plan and coordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans
act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department-related training issues
source and recommend appropriate external training organizations or resources
maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements

occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes
Preferred
