Responsibilities

Facilitating Patient Services’ work related to New Products (Pipeline) including facilitating the Patient Services Working Team as well as project plans, scorecards, workflows, business rules/requirements, and vendor management of consultants among other launch requirements
Partner with Brand Teams, IT, Managed Access and Reimbursement, and other US Therapy Operations’ Teams to create and launch a subset of the patient programs and operating model supporting new products
Represent Patient Services on Core Launch Committee Sub Teams by bringing the Patient Services viewpoint to key discussions, assisting in decision making, and partnering with key proposal creation
Manage Patient Services launch communication strategies and go live plans including facilitating internal advisory boards for all launch products to gain expertise from PS teams. Preparing high-quality executive materials and ensuring timely execution of deliverables
This role will require “leading without authority” as there are no direct reports but will need to lead teams to complete deliverables and meet milestones. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment

Required

5-7 years working in a commercial or services organization
Experience with project management, resourcing strategy, program planning, strategic thinking, and organizational communication
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking skills and business acumen
Bachelor's Degree Required
